摘要
新时代背景下,研学旅行在发展素质教育与落实立德树人根本任务等方面具有独特的使命。然而当前研学旅行实践却面临功能定位不清晰,实施质量不高等现实问题,其中主要的原因就是缺乏一支专业化的研学旅行导师队伍。本文尝试提出以"微认证"的方式推进研学旅行导师队伍建设,尝试构建研学旅行导师专业化发展的有效机制。"微认证"源自美国,是一种基于教育实践工作单项胜任能力的评估认证方法。本文借鉴美国微认证的理念、框架与流程,围绕研学旅行导师微认证开发基础、框架设计、流程设计与平台建设等要素进行探讨,以期为研学旅行导师队伍建设及专业发展做出有益探索。
In the new era,study travel has a unique mission in developing quality education and implementing the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education.However,we currently face practical problems such as unclear function positioning and low implementation quality.One of the main reasons is the lack of a professional team of study travel tutors.This paper attempts to learn from"Micro-Credentials"in the United States to promote the development of study travel tutors and attempts to build an effective mechanism for the professional development of study travel tutors."Micro-credentials"originates from the United States and is a method of assessment and certification based on the single competence of educational practice.Drawing on the concept,framework,and process of micro-credentials,this paper discussed the development foundation,framework design,process design,and platform development of study travel tutors to make valuable explorations for the professional development of study travel tutors.
