摘要
由于渣油加氢处理装置工艺管道材料复杂、壁厚大、规格多样,其对接焊缝的无损检测工作特别是射线检测工作量巨大、任务繁重、技术难度高,对现场焊接质量及施工安装进度影响巨大。为此,控制好无损检测本身的质量和检测进度对渣油加氢装置整体工程质量、安装进度至关重要。本文根据多个同类型项目的经验,探讨无损检测关键质量保证措施,以期保证质量的同时保证整体施工安装进度。
Due to the complex process piping materials,large wall thickness and various specifications of residue hydrotreating unit,the non-destructive testing of butt welds,especially the radiographic testing,has a huge workload and high technical difficulty,which has a great impact on the field welding quality and installation progress.Therefore,it is especially important to control the quality and progress of non-destructive testing for ensuring the overall project quality and installation progress of residue hydrogenation unit.This paper discusses the key quality assurance measures of non-destructive testing based on the experience of multiple projects of the same type,to ensure the quality and the overall construction and installation progress.
