中国区域创新能力影响因素灵敏度分析

The Sensitivity Analysis on the Influence Factors of the Regional Innovation Capability in China:Based on the Spatial Econometric Methods

利用2007-2015年中国31个省市区的面板数据,运用空间滞后模型(SAR)、空间误差模型(SEM)和空间杜宾模型(SDM),从五个维度分析了行政力、市场力、金融力、外向力、内源力对区域创新能力的影响,并进行了灵敏度分析.结果表明行政力、市场力、金融力、外向力、内源力是影响区域创新能力的不可或缺的因素,均显著地推动了区域创新能力;行政力、市场力、金融力所引起的区域创新能力的空间溢出效应对周边地区区域创新能力的影响不显著,外向力和内源力所引起的区域创新能力的空间溢出效应对周边地区区域创新能力产生消极的影响,但本地区区域创新能力的空间溢出效应对周边地区区域创新能力产生积极的影响.

Using 2007-2015 panel data of 31 provinces in China,analyzing whether the administrative force,market force,financial force,outside force and internal force have significant influence on the regional innovation capability based on the spatial lag model(SAR),spatial error model(SEM),spatial durbin model(SDM).We find that the five kinds of forces are indispensable factors and have significant effects on regional innovation capability.The spatial spillover effects to the surrounding area regional innovation capability caused by the administrative force,market force,financial force was not significant.The spatial spillover effects caused by the outside force and internal force have negative impact on the surrounding area regional innovation capability.But the spatial spillover effects of the regional innovation capability have a positive impact on the regional innovation capability of the surrounding area.
