工厂在实际装配过程中会对齿面啮合状态进行检查,如果不符合技术要求则要进行修配,对齿面进行修配俗称“配磨”。配磨需将齿轮副再次上磨齿机进行修配,大批量会影响生产装配进度、增加制造成本。解决装配配磨问题可以大大提升生产效率,降低产品生产成本。
