云南省德宏州盈江县2020年“7·18”暴雨洪水分析

Analysis of storm flood occurred in Yingjiang County of Dehong prefecture in July18th,2020

2020年7月17~19日,云南省伊洛瓦底江流域大盈江支流盏达河发生超标准洪水,引发盈江县多处滑坡、泥石流、洪涝灾害。分析了此次暴雨洪水的背景、特性和成灾原因。结果表明:此次灾害形成的主要原因是暴雨强度大、范围广,洪水峰高量大,重现期长,加之堤防体系不完善,加重了灾害损失。

From July 17 to 19,2020,over standard flood occurred in the Zhanda River,a tributary of the Daying River in the Irrawaddy River Basin of Yunnan,which caused many landslides,mudslides and floods in Yingjiang County.This paper analyzes the background,characteristics and causes of the rainstorm flood.The results shows that:The main causes for the disaster are high rainstorm intensity,large covering area,high flood peak,large flood volume,long return period plus the imperfect dike system.All these factors aggravated the disaster loss.
