医护人员发生针刺伤原因分析及干预措施

Cause Analysis and Intervention Measures of Needle Stab Injury in Medical Staff

目的分析医护人员发生针刺伤的原因,并提出相应的预防措施。方法分析2016年7月—2019年7月本院58例医护人员发生针刺伤的资料,并提出干预措施及持续改进的方法。结果58例发生针刺伤的医护人员中,发生科室最高的为肿瘤-血液科,其次为神经外科、消化内科,远高于医生发生针刺伤的比例,医护人员自我防护意识淡薄、医院无安全型留置针、护士违反操作规程、职业暴露知识培训不到位、带教行为不规范、护士锐器处置不规范是发生针刺伤的主要原因。结论临床需要加强对医务人员职业防护知识的培训,各科在实习生带教计划中加入职业暴露培训内容,消毒隔离小组需要定时检查,及时整改,以减少针刺伤的发生,保护医护人员的安全。

Objective To analyze the causes of needle stab injury in medical staff and put forward corresponding preventive measures.Methods The data of 58 cases of needle stab injury in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2019 were analyzed,and the intervention measures and methods of continuous improvement were proposed.Results 58 cases of needle stick injuries occurred in medical staff,the department with the highest incidence was the department of hematology,followed by the department of neurosurgery and gastroenterology,far higher than the doctor in the proportion of needle stick injuries,medical staff self protection consciousness,the hospital had no safe needle,nurses in violation of operating procedures,occupational exposure knowledge training did not reach the designated position,teaching behavior was not standard,the nurse sharps disposal was not standard was the main cause of needle stick injuries.Conclusion It was necessary to strengthen the training of occupational protection knowledge for medical personnel in clinical practice.All departments should include occupational exposure training in the internship teaching program.The disinfection and isolation team should conduct regular inspections and timely rectification to reduce the occurrence of needle puncture and protect the safety of medical personnel.
