营养支持联合运动训练治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗中采用营养支持辅助运动训练的应用价值。方法现将我院2018年5月—2020年5月收治的62例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为文章的分析对象,根据随机数字表法将所有患者采取分组的方式进行治疗研究,分成观察组与对照组,每组各有31例患者,对照组行常规治疗与运动训练干预配合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上添加营养支持,对比两种不同辅助治疗模式的应用效果。结果辅助治疗后两组对比发现,观察组患者血清总蛋白水平、血气指标、6分钟步行距离均得到良好改善,组间数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采取营养支持辅助运动训练干预,能够有效提高临床治疗效果,改善患者呼吸困难症状及身体质量。 Objective To analyze the application value of nutritional support assisted exercise training in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 62 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the analysis object of this paper.All patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.There were 31 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment and exercise training intervention,while the observation group was added with the control group in addition,nutritional support was added to compare the application effect of two different adjuvant treatment modes.Results After adjuvant treatment,the serum total protein level,blood gas index and 6-minute walking distance of patients in the observation group were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support assisted exercise training intervention can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the symptoms of dyspnea and body mass of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
