牙槽嵴劈开在口腔种植骨量不足中的有效应用

The Effective Application of Alveolar Ridge Splitting in Bone Deficiency in Oral Implants

目的研究牙槽嵴劈开种植修复的效果及临床应用价值,并且判断此项技术是否能够在当下的医学研究中有效的利用。方法选择我院在2018年2月—2020年2月中收治的牙槽嵴劈开种植修复患者60例,其中患者修复的牙齿有90颗。于患者诊断和治疗后3~12个月持续进行不同密度的随访工作,并对牙齿种植成功率予以统计,同时评价种植成功患者的牙齿状态。积极与相关统计数据进行确定牙槽嵴劈开种植修复效果和临床作用。结果我院接受牙槽嵴劈开种植诊疗的患者在种植牙之后的3~12个月中并未出现牙齿脱落现象,其中1例患者出现了轻微的牙龈萎缩。由此可见,我院牙槽嵴劈开种植技术成功率为100%。患者种植牙之后,牙龈健康程度、牙齿与牙龈色泽、牙齿坚固程度等均能够满足患者的日常饮食,以及患者的需求。结论临床中在诊断治疗口腔种植骨量不足时应用牙槽嵴劈开种植的临床效果突出显著,有效保障了患者的实际日常所需。

Objective To study the effect and clinical application value of alveolar ridge split implant restoration,and to determine whether this technique can be effectively used in current medical research.Methods 60 patients were selected from our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020,including 90 teeth repaired.Follow-up at different densities was conducted between 3 months and 12 months after the diagnosis and treatment,the success rate of dental implantation was calculated,and the teeth of patients with successful implantation were evaluated.According to the relevant statistical data to judge the effect and clinical application value of alveolar ridge split implant restoration.Results The patients who received alveolar ridge splitting and implantation in our hospital did not show tooth loss during the 3-12 months after the implantation,and 1 patient showed slight gingival atrophy.It can be seen that the success rate of alveolar ridge splitting implant technique in our hospital is 100%.After the implantation,the health of the gums,the color and color of the teeth and the firmness of the teeth can meet the daily diet of the patients and the needs of the patients.Conclusion Alveolar ridge splitting implant has a good effect in clinical diagnosis and treatment,can guarantee the daily life and needs of patients.
