参与式健康教育对妊娠期糖尿病产妇健康行为的影响

Effect of Participatory Health Education on Health Behavior of Pregnant Women With Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析在为妊娠期糖尿病产妇实施护理服务的过程中参与式健康教育对其健康行为及妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2020年6月我院就诊的妊娠期糖尿病患者共160例,按照掷硬币法分成两组,80例实施参与式健康教育作为观察组,80例接受常规健康教育的作为对照组,分析比较两组产妇的健康行为与血糖水平、剖宫产率、并发症发生率、新生儿并发症发生率等。结果统计分析显示:与对照组患者相比观察组患者参加讲座、合理饮食、适当运动、体质量管理、血糖监测以及母乳喂养等健康行为率均相对较高,P<0.05。而观察组产妇入院时和产后42天血糖水平相对较低,P<0.05。统计学分析观察组与对照组产妇剖宫产率、并发症发生率以及新生儿并发症发生率后发现,观察组患者均相对较低,与对照组患者相比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在为我院就诊的妊娠期糖尿病患者实施护理服务的过程中参与式健康教育的运用不仅仅可以更好的控制产妇的血糖水平,提高其健康行为,同时也提高了自然分娩率,避免了产妇与新生儿并发症的出现,是一种理想的健康教育模式。

Objective To analyze the effect of participatory health education on health behavior of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus in the process of outpatient nursing service.Methods 160 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the coin tossing method,80 patients received participatory health education as the observation group,and 80 patients received routine health education as the control group,the health behavior,blood glucose level,cesarean section rate,complication rate and neonatal complication rate of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Statistical analysis showed that:compared with the control group,the observation group patients to participate in lectures,reasonable diet,proper exercise,body mass management,blood glucose monitoring and breastfeeding and other health behavior rate were relatively high,P<0.05.The blood glucose level of the observation group was relatively low at admission and 42 days after delivery,P<0.05.After statistical analysis of the cesarean section rate,complication rate and neonatal complication rate of the observation group and the control group,it was found that the observation group was relatively low,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the process of implementing nursing service for the patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital,the application of participatory health education can not only better control the blood glucose level of pregnant women and improve their health behavior,but also improve the natural delivery rate,avoid the occurrence of complications of pregnant women and newborn infants.It is an ideal health education mode,which is worthy of clinical application.
