探讨心电图室护理干预对冠心病患者的影响

Discussion on the Influence of Nursing Intervention in Electrocardiograph Room on Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

目的评价心电图室检查冠心病患者期间配合护理干预对患者满意度、收缩压、心率等方面的影响。方法选择我院新区门诊2018年4月—2020年4月收治的110例冠心病患者,结合心电图室检查期间护理方案进行随机法分组(对照组、研究组)。对照组(n=55)冠心病患者采取常规护理,研究组(n=55)冠心病患者采取综合护理干预。比较两组冠心病心电图室检查患者的护理效果,包括收缩压、心率水平、护理满意度、情绪状况。结果与对照组患者比较,研究组患者的收缩压、心率、情绪更为平稳,护理总满意度更高,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论心电图室检查期间予以冠心病患者综合护理干预助于稳定患者的生命体征、提高患者的安全性,加速患者康复。

Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on patients'satisfaction,systolic blood pressure,heart rate.Methods 110 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to the outpatient clinic of our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into groups(control group,study group)based on the nursing plan during the ECG room examination.The control group(n=55)patients with coronary heart disease took routine care,and the study group(n=55)patients with coronary heart disease took comprehensive nursing intervention.Compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients with coronary heart disease in the ECG room examination,including systolic blood pressure,heart rate level,nursing satisfaction,and emotional status.Results Compared with patients in the control group,the patients in the study group had more stable systolic blood pressure,heart rate,and mood,and higher satisfaction.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease during the ECG room examination can help stabilize the patient's vital signs and mood,improve the safety of the patient,and accelerate the recovery of the patient.
