研究优质护理对预防老年留置针患者发生静脉炎的作用

To Study the Effect of High Quality Nursing on Preventing Phlebitis in Elderly Patients With Indwelling Needle

目的探讨优质护理对预防老年留置针患者发生静脉炎的作用。方法研究对象为本院老年留置针患者120例,以患者2018年1月—2019年1月在本院建档单双日分成对照组(60例,进行常规护理干预)与观察组(60例,进行优质护理干预)。对比两组护理效果及静脉炎发生率。结果在静脉炎发生率对比上对照组为16.67%,观察组为5.00%;在护理满意度对比上对照组为81.67%,观察组为95.00%;在心理状态HAMA及HAMD评分对比上,对照组分别为(16.54±1.90)分与(14.25±1.84)分,观察组分别为(12.78±2.12)分与(11.21±1.05)分;组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后生活质量各维度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年留置针患者在治疗过程中展开优质护理,可降低静脉炎发生率,从而稳定患者心理状态,使其配合治疗,加快康复速度,提升患者生活质量,而且也有助于提升患者对护理服务的认可度。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on preventing phlebitis in elderly patients with indwelling needle.Methods 120 elderly patients with indwelling needle in our hospital were studied and divided into control group(60 cases for routine nursing intervention)and observation group(60 cases for quality nursing intervention)from January 2018 to January 2019.The nursing effect and the incidence of phlebitis were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of phlebitis was 16.67%in the control group and 5.00%in the observation group.The nursing satisfaction was 81.67%in the control group and 95.00%in the observation group.HAMA and HAMD scores in psychological state were(16.54±1.90)and(14.25±1.84)in the control group,and(12.78±2.12)and(11.21±1.05)in the observation group.The comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out high-quality care for elderly patients with indwelling needles during the treatment process can reduce the incidence of phlebitis,thereby stabilizing the psychological state of patients,enabling them to cooperate with treatment,speeding up recovery,improving the quality of life of patients,and also helping to improve patients'nursing service recognitio.
