优质护理联合健康体检路径对体检的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of High-quality Nursing Combined With Physical Examination Path on Physical Examination

目的探讨体检中心体检者采用常规优质护理联合健康体检路径对护理效果的影响。方法2018年4月—2019年5月,符合入选标准的110例健康体检者,按照信封法分为基础组和优质组,平均每组55例体检者,基础组进行传统护理,优质组进行优质护理+健康体检路径,观察疗效。结果基础组体检时间为(75.51±10.05)min多于优质组(51.14±12.12)min(P<0.05),优质组的信任度和效率评分为(43.57±3.24)分、(41.27±3.38)分,高于基础组(37.52±2.35)分、(35.14±2.36)分(P<0.05);优质组满意+基本满意的人数(51例)及满意度(92.73%)高于基础组满意+基本满意的人数(45例)及满意度(81.81%),但组间差异不具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.946,P=0.229)。优质组显效+有效的人数(47例)及有效率(85.45%)高于基础组显效+有效的人数(39例)及有效率(70.91%),但组间差异不具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.411,P=0.181)。结论体检中心进行优质护理健康体检路径,提高体检质量和效率,增加体检者良性感受。

Objective To explore the effect of routine high-quality nursing combined with physical examination on the effect of nursing in patients in the medical examination center.Methods From April 2018 to May 2019,110 healthy people who met the inclusion criteria were divided into basic group and high-quality group according to the envelope method,there were 55 patients in each group,the basic group received traditional nursing,and the high-quality group received high-quality nursing+physical examination,the curative effect was observed.Results The physical examination time of the basic group was(75.51±10.05)min,which was more than that of the high-quality group(51.14±12.12)min(P<0.05).The trustworthiness and efficiency scores of the high-quality group were(43.57±3.24)points,(41.27±3.38)points higher than the basic group(37.52±2.35)points,(35.14±2.36)points(P<0.05);the number of satisfied+basic satisfaction in the high-quality group(51 cases)and satisfaction(92.73%)were higher than the basic group satisfaction+basic the number of satisfied people(45 cases)and satisfaction(81.81%),there was no statistical significance in the comparison between groups(χ^(2)=2.946,P=0.229).The marked effect+effective number of the high-quality group(47 cases)and the effective rate(85.45%)were higher than the marked effect+effective number of the basic group(39 cases)and the effective rate(70.91%),there was no statistical significance in comparison between groups(χ^(2)=3.411,P=0.181).Conclusion The medical examination center conducts high-quality nursing health examination path,improves the quality and efficiency of medical examination,and increases the benign feelings of medical examinees.
