综合护理干预对突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Sudden Deafness With Tinnitus

目的探讨对突发性耳聋合并耳鸣患者给予综合护理干预后对其生活质量以及负性情绪产生的影响。方法将我院2017年6月—2020年8月收治的66例突发性耳聋合并耳鸣患者按数字奇偶法分组;综合护理组(33例):采用综合护理方式完成合并症干预;常规护理组(33例):采用常规护理方式完成合并症干预;就组间耳鸣改善效果、合并症护理总有效率、生活质量评分以及负性情绪评分展开对比。结果综合护理组突发性耳聋合并耳鸣患者耳鸣改善效果、合并症护理总有效率、生活质量评分以及负性情绪评分均优于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预方式科学运用,可使突发性耳聋合并耳鸣患者症状、疗效、生活质量以及负性情绪均获得改善,最终实现突发性耳聋合并耳鸣患者有效预后。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life and negative emotions of patients with sudden deafness combined with tinnitus.Methods 66 patients with sudden deafness combined with tinnitus admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to August 2020 were divided into two groups by digital odd-even method.Comprehensive care group with 33 cases:comprehensive care was used to complete the intervention of complications;routine nursing group with 33 cases:used routine nursing to complete the complication intervention.The improvement effect of tinnitus,the total effective rate of complication,the score of quality of life and the score of negative emotion were compared between groups.Results The tinnitus improvement effect,total effective rate,quality of life score and negative mood score of the patients with sudden deafness combined with tinnitus in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly better than those in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scientific application of comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the symptoms,curative effect,quality of life and negative emotions of patients with sudden deafness combined with tinnitus,and finally achieve effective prognosis of patients with sudden deafness combined with tinnitus.
