The effect of Lianzhu Xiaoke Prescription to glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus

2型糖尿病是以慢性高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,常合并有血脂异常。基于"胰脾同源"理论,探讨了糖脂代谢异常的中医理论基础,提出湿瘀同治、糖脂同调,病证结合的2型糖尿病诊疗方法,阐述了针对湿瘀互结型2型糖尿病的有效方剂——连术消渴方的理论依据及组方思想,为临床治疗该病提供了新的思路。

Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by chronic hyperglycemia,often accompanied by dyslipidemia.Based on the theory of"homology of pancreas and spleen",the research group discussed the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine for abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism,put forward the diagnosis and treatment method of type 2 diabetes with the same treatment of dampness and blood stasis,the same adjustment of glucose and lipid,and the combination of disease and syndrome,and elaborated the theoretical basis and formulation idea of Lianzhu Xiaoke prescription,an effective prescription for type 2 diabetes with dampness and blood stasis,which provided a new idea for clinical treatment of the disease.
