构建小组制护理在脊髓型颈椎病前路植骨术患者中的应用效果

Application analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures by percutaneous vertebroplasty

[目的]探析构建小组制护理在脊髓型颈椎病前路植骨术患者中的应用效果。[方法]将某医院骨科收治的80例脊髓型颈椎病前路植骨术患者随机分成两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组构建小组制护理,比较两组的护理效果。[结果]术前两组的JOA评分相差不大;术后观察组评分比对照组高;观察组的术后并发症发生率比对照组低。以上几组指标存有明显的差异,P<0.05,有统计学意义。[结论]对脊髓型颈椎病前路植骨术患者采用小组制护理,能加快患者的康复,减少并发症的发生,值得在临床上进行推广。

[Objective]To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures by percutaneous vertebroplasty.[Methods]Seventy-six patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated by percutaneous vertebroplasty were divided into the control group and the observation group,and they were given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing respectively.Compare and analyze the nursing effect of the two groups.[Results]The observation group’s postoperative time to get out of bed,hospital stay,and pain score were better than those of the control group,and P<0.05;the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group(94.74%)was higher than that of the control group(76.32%),and P<0.05.[Conclusion]Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated by percutaneous vertebroplasty can not only effectively improve their postoperative conditions,but also increase their nursing satisfaction rate.
