加速康复外科在宫颈癌患者术后康复中的应用

Clinical observation of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with cervical cancer

[目的]分析应用加速康复外科理念对宫颈癌患者术后康复的效果。[方法]150例宫颈癌患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各75例。对照组给予常规干预,观察组采用加速康复外科理念干预。比较两组患者手术前后焦虑及抑郁评分、并发症发生率、患者的满意度。[结果]观察组患者手术前及手术后焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度与对照组比较有明显提高(P<0.05)。[结论]对宫颈癌患者实施加速康复外科理念可有效促进患者术后的康复,提高患者的满意度,减少并发症的发生。

[Objective]To analyze the effects of rapid rehabilitation surgery on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with cervical cancer.[Methods]150 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group(each group has 75 patients).The control group was received routine intervention,and the patients in the observation group were treated with the rapid rehabilitation surgery intervention treatment.The anxiety and depression scores,complication rate,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after surgery.[Results]The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group before and after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was also lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the patients was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery for patients with cervical cancer can effectively promote postoperative recovery,improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.
