综合化学实验-水滑石/蒙脱土新型层状复合材料的合成

摘要 综合化学实验是对基础化学的基本理论、技能和方法加以总结、分析、相互融合的实验[1]。与目前传统的水滑石的制备相比,改进后的实验利用微波合成的方法,在有机蒙脱土(OMMT-DK2型)的层间合成水滑石(LDH),进而制得LDH/OMMT复合材料。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)以及比表面积测试(BET)等手段对样品进行了表征。结果表明,FT-IR谱峰基本都一致,个别峰有减弱现象,说明水滑石结构已形成。XRD衍射峰峰型窄且尖,均形成了晶相单一且完整的水滑石。微波法合成LDH/OMMT复合材料与有机蒙脱土相比较比表面积有所提高。该实验具有较强的适用性和可操作性,极大地调动了学生做实验的积极性。此外,探究式教学可以有效地提高实验课的兴趣,进一步培养学生的科研探索和创新能力。 Comprehensive chemistry experiment is an experiment that involves summary,analysis,and integration of the basic theories,skills,and methods in basic chemistry.On the bases of the traditional hydrotalcite(LDH)preparation,one important improvement was realized that the LDH/OMMT composite was synthesized directly by the microwave-assisted one-step method in the layers of organic montmorillonite(OMMT-DK2).Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and X-ray diffractometry(XRD)suggested that LDH with the single and complete crystal phase was formed.The LDH/OMMT composites synthesized by the microwave method had a higher specific surface area compared with the primitive organic montmorillonite,according to the specific surface area test(BET).This experiment had strong applicability and operability,which greatly mobilized the students'enthusiasm to do experiment.Besides,the inquiry-type teaching method can efficiently increase the interest of experimental courses,and further cultivate students'ability of scientific research exploration and innovation.
