随着国内经济的快速发展,人们对石油的需求量日益增多,特别是伴随着“一带一路”经济的持续推广,为海外油田产业建设带来了新的机遇。由于海外业务常常涉及国际合作,因此在油田开发与建设过程中,业主方高度重视项目管理工作。施工管理作为项目管理中的重要环节,在整个油田开发及项目执行过程中发挥着重要作用,因此各方对施工管理工作的成效都尤为重视。受各类因素影响,海外油田项目建设周期普遍相对较长,因此,只有实施科学、合理的施工管理工作,才能进一步保证施工质量和进度。本文简要分析了海外油田项目中施工管理存在的问题,并深入探究了相应的解决措施,旨在提高海外油田项目建设施工管理水平。

With the rapid development of the domestic economy,the demand for oil is increased day by day,especially with the continuous promotion of the"one belt one road"economy,which brought new opportunities to the construction of overseas oil fields.As the overseas business often involved international cooperation,the owner attached great importance to project management during the development and construction of the oil field.As an important part of project management,construction management played an important role in the whole oil field development and project implementation,so everyone paid special attention to the effects of construction management.Affected by various factors,the construction period of overseas oil field projects was relatively long.Therefore,the quality of construction and progress could be further guaranteed by scientific and reasonable construction management.This article briefly analyzed the problems in the construction management of the overseas oil field project,and probed into the corresponding measures to improve the construction management of the overseas oil field project.
