高校实验室危险化学品管理存在的问题和对策探析

Analysis onthe Problems in the Management of Hazardous Chemicals in University Laboratory

实验室作为开展实验教学和科学研究的重要场地,其安全监管一直是高校安全管理的密切关注点。然而,现实条件下的高校实验室的安全隐患依然存在,作为其中的典型代表,危险化学品的安全管理更加应该得到重视。伴随着国家对高等教育的进一步投入,高校的办学规模也在持续扩大,对应的师生们对实验室的危化品的使用和接触频率也在进一步加大。因此对危化品做好安全防控关乎校园安全、师生身体健康等各方面。本文简单分析了目前高校实验室中对危化品安全管理的现状,并进一步就如何进一步增强高校对实验室危化品的安全管理提出了一些建议,期望为危化品的妥善处置和管理提供一些参考。

As an important place to carry out experimental teaching and scientific research,laboratory safety supervision has always been the focus of safety management in colleges and universities.However,safety risks still exist in university laboratories under real conditions.As a typical representative,the safety management of hazardous chemicals is more worrying.Along with the country's further investment in higher education,the scale of colleges and universities is also continuously enlarging,corresponding teachers and students to the use and contact frequency of hazardous chemicals in laboratories is also further increasing.Therefore,safety prevention and control of dangerous chemicals is related to the campus safety,health of teachers and students and other aspects.This paper briefly analyzes the current situation of the safety management of hazardous chemicals in the laboratory of colleges and universities,and further puts forward some suggestions on how to further enhance the safety management of hazardous chemicals in the laboratory of colleges and universities based on the analysis of mentioned above,expecting to provide some help for the proper disposal of hazardous chemicals within our capacity.
