信息化背景下《发酵工程实验》混合式教学实践 被引量:2

摘要 在疫情防控常态化背景下,基于互联网+的优势,利用先进的信息化手段开展线上线下混合式教学,构建新型课程信息化的教学体系探索课堂创新,既是机遇又是挑战。《发酵工程实验》具有较强的实践性,是生物专业重要的核心课程,对于培养应用型人才至关重要。本研究基于成果为导向的OBE教育理念,对发酵工程的教学体系和内容进行了改革。利用线上线下相结合的方式,积极开展项目式实验,以学生为中心,落实“两性一型”,不仅有利于学生综合实验技能和创新能力的提高,而且有利于全方位全过程培养应用型人才。 In the context of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,it is both an opportunity and a challenge to use advanced information means to carry out online and offline mixed teaching based on the advantages of Internet+and to build a new information-based teaching system to explore classroom innovation."Fermentation Engineering Experiment"has strong practicality,is an important core course of biology major,and is of great importance for cultivating applied talents.Based on the results-oriented OBE education concept,this study reformed the teaching system and content of fermentation engineering.By combining online and offline methods,actively carrying out project-type experiments,taking students as the center,and implementing"gender orientation",it is not only beneficial to the improvement of students'comprehensive experimental skills and innovation ability,but also conducive to the all-round training of applied talents in the whole process.
