摘要
利用实验室规模的流化床,对电石生产固体废弃物进行燃烧特性研究,研究由兰炭末、除尘灰和净化灰按照比例组成混合燃料燃烧时,床温和烟气含氧量等运行参数变化对混合燃料燃烧特性的影响。结果表明,混合燃料能够在流化床中持续稳定燃烧,随着床温的升高,SO_(2)的排放量会减小,NO_(x)的排放量逐渐增加;烟气中O_(2)浓度高于12.5%时,NO_(x)排放浓度和烟气含氧量呈近似线性关系;O_(2)浓度低于12.5%时,NO_(x)的排放浓度随着烟气中O_(2)浓度降低而增加的趋势显著降低。
By using the laboratory-scale fluidized bed,the paper makes a study of combustion characteristic on solid waste in process of calcium carbide production.The study covers the semi-coke powder,Recovery dust and Purification dust.When the mixed fuel pro rata is combusted,the effects of combustion characteristics on mixed fuel changes with the operating parameters such as bed temperature and oxygen content in the flue gas.The result shows that mixed fuel can be stably combusted in the fluidized bed.With the increase of bed temperature,the emissions of SO_(2) reduce,whereas the emissions of NO_(x) increase.The NO_(x) concentration in the flue gas has an approximately linear relationship with the flue gas oxygen content.When the O_(2) concentration in the flue gas is higher than 12.5%,the emission of NO_(x) has an approximately linear relationship with the O_(2) concentration.However,when the O_(2) concentration is lower than 12.5%,with the reduce of O_(2) concentration in the flue gas,the emission of NO_(x) increase rate has significant decreasing trends.
