摘要
采用臭氧氧化和膜的组合工艺,处理回用某造纸厂生化尾水。实验表明:超滤膜渗透通量随压力的增大而增大,反渗透膜渗透通量随压力的增大先增大后减小;在分渗透膜淡水产率为80%时,臭氧利用率最高,耗电量最小。通过在超滤最优运行压力在0.09 MPa,反渗透最优运行压力0.11 MPa时,通过臭氧氧化和膜的组合工艺能够实现尾水回用,此时臭氧利用率为2.5 g(O_(3))/g(COD),单位进水所消耗的电量为0.7kWh。
The combined process of ozonation and membrane was used to treat and reuse the biochemical tail water of a paper mill.The experimental results show that the permeate flux of ultrafiltration membrane increases with the increase of pressure,and the permeate flux of reverse osmosis membrane first increases and then decreases with the increase of pressure;when the fresh water yield of sub osmosis membrane is 80%,the ozone utilization efficiency and power consumption are the highest.When the optimal operating pressure of ultrafiltration is 0.09 MPa and that of reverse osmosis is 0.11 MPa,the combined process of ozonation and membrane can realize the reuse of tail water.At this time,the ozone utilization rate is 2.5 g(O_(3))/g(COD),and the electricity consumption per unit of influent water is 0.7 kWh.
