数字普惠金融对河南省城乡收入差距影响的实证研究

An Empirical Research on the Influence of Digital Inclusive Finance on Urban-rural Income Gap in Henan Province

近年来高新技术快速发展,数字技术与普惠金融的融合也在不断加深,数字普惠金融在促进经济发展、缩小城乡收入差距等方面具有重要意义。文章选取2011年到2018年河南省17个省辖市的面板数据进行分析,建立全省及区域层级面板模型实证检验数字普惠金融对于河南省城乡收入差距的影响。研究发现:数字普惠金融确实可以缩小河南省城乡收入差距,尤其在豫西南地区效果最为明显。建立面板门限模型,以经济发展水平作为门限变量,发现数字普惠金融在经济发展低水平地区对于缩小城乡收入差距的效果优于高水平地区,体现了数字普惠金融的包容性增长。

In recent years,with the rapid high-tech development,the digital technology and inclusive finance integration is also deepening continuously.Digital inclusive finance plays an important role in promoting economic development,narrowing the gap between urban and rural income.This paper analyzed the panel data of 17 cities under the jurisdiction of Henan Province from 2011 to 2018,established provincial and regional level panel models to empirically test the impact of digital inclusive finance on the urban-rural income gap in Henan Province.The results indicate:Digital inclusive finance can indeed narrow the urban-rural income gap in Henan province,especially in the southwest of Henan province.Secondly,the panel threshold model is established,and the level of economic development is taken as the threshold variable.It is found that the effect of digital inclusive finance on narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas in low-level areas is better than that in high-level areas,which reflects the inclusive growth of digital inclusive finance.
