乡村旅游资源模糊评价模型--以乌鲁木齐县为例

Fuzzy Evaluation Model of Rural Tourism Resources--Taking Urumqi County as an example

科学合理地测评乡村旅游资源,是推动乡村旅游提质增效、挖掘潜力的前提。采用层次分析法与模糊评价法构建乡村旅游资源的模糊评价模型:首先,从资源价值、环境条件、社会效应三个方面,构建多层次的乡村旅游资源评价指标体系并测定各指标权重;其次,以新疆乌鲁木齐县为例,应用模糊隶属度加权,实证探究了乌鲁木齐县乡村旅游资源的综合状况。结果表明:第一,隶属度为0.1911、0.3845、0.3724、0.0494、0.0027,分别对应极高、高、一般、低、极低,说明乌鲁木齐县乡村旅游资源优势明显;第二,模糊综合得分为80.6855,表明乌鲁木齐县乡村旅游资源总体处于“高”级别;第三,根据定量评价的结果,补充说明当前资源利用中存在的短板,提出进一步开发乡村旅游的相关建议。

Scientific and reasonable evaluation of rural tourism resources is a prerequisite for promoting the quality and efficiency of rural tourism and tapping its potential.This paper uses AHP and fuzzy evaluation method to construct a fuzzy evaluation model of rural tourism resources.First,from the three aspects of resource value,environmental conditions,and social effects,a multi-level rural tourism resource evaluation index system was constructed and the weight of each index was measured;second,taking Urumqi county,Xinjiang as an example,fuzzy membership weighting was applied to empirically explore comprehensive situation of rural tourism resources in Urumqi county.The results show that:first,the membership degrees are 0.1911,0.3845,0.3724,0.0494,and 0.0027,respectively corresponding to extremely high,high,average,low,and extremely low,indicating that Urumqi county has obvious advantages in rural tourism resources.Second,the fuzzy comprehensive score is 80.6855,indicating that the rural tourism resources of Urumqi County are generally at a"high"level;third,based on the results of quantitative evaluation,it supplements the shortcomings in the current resource utilization,and puts forward suggestions for further development of rural tourism.
