对公立医院基层党务工作中存在的问题进行分析,并根据新形势下的新任务新要求,提出公立医院应从积极革新思想认识、推动党务工作者队伍建设、创新工作体制和党建手段三个方面切入,创新医院党建工作,不断提高基层党建水平。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the grass-roots party construction in public hospitals, and according to the new tasks and requirements under the new situations, puts forward the suggestion that public hospitals should innovate the party construction work in hospitals, and constantly improve the level of grass-roots party construction by way of actively innovating the ideological understanding, promoting the construction of party teams, and innovating the working system and the means of party construction.
