新冠肺炎疫情期间住院医师规范化培训学员心理健康状况和职业认同感分析

Mental health and professional identity of trainees in standardized training of residents during COVID-19

目的探讨在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,住院医师规范化培训学员心理健康状况和职业认同感。方法采用整群抽样方式,自行设计问卷,对某三级综合医院全体住院医师规范化培训学员开展问卷调查。采用SPSS 20.0软件对数据进行统计分析,相关性分析采用Spearman相关系数分析法,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果共发放调查问卷119份,收回119份,有效回收率100%。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间学员心理健康状态较好,平均得分(1.994±1.282)分;相关性显示性别、获得的疫情信息中负面信息占比等因素与学员心理健康状况相关(P<0.05);学员需要开展心理疏导的迫切性较低(1.454±1.023)分;疫情期间学员的职业认同感较高(7.826±0.331)分。结论新型冠状病毒疫情期间,住院医师规范化培训学员心理健康状态良好,职业认同感较高;因疫情影响和社会的高度关注,学员对自己从事的工作具有较高的成就感。

Objective To investigate the mental health and professional identity of the trainees in the standardized training of residents during COVID-19.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey the trainees in the standardized training of residents in a general hospital by cluster sampling. SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data, and Spearman correlation for the correlation analysis(P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant).Results A total of 119 questionnaires were distributed and 119 were collected, with the effective rate of 100%. During COVID-19, the trainees’ mental health was good, with an average score of 1.994±1.282. The correlation analysis showed that the gender and the proportion of negative information on the pandemic were the factors related to their mental health(P<0.05). The urgency in the needs for mental consultation was at a lower level(1.454±1.023). Their professional identity during the pandemic was at a higher level(7.826±0.331).Conclusion During the pandemic COVID-19, the trainees participating the standardized training of residents are healthy psychologically and they have a high sense of professional identity. Because of the pandemic impact and the high attention from the society, the trainees have a high sense of achievement about their career.
