Application of role identity in grass-roots party construction of in hospitals

文章基于构建角色认同理论,阐述强化党员身份意识,创造强大党建氛围,有利于激发主动性和创造性,实现自我效能,并作为“软”约束,规范和校正党员个体行为,产生底线意识。基于强化党员身份认同的创新党建模式包括党员讲党课、党建品牌建设、主题党日活动、党支部共同建设、互联网+党建等。

Based on the theory of building role identity, the authors in this paper come up with the view that strengthening the identity awareness of party members and creating a strong atmosphere for party building are conducive to stimulating initiative and creativity, realizing self-efficacy, and standardizing and correcting their individual behaviors as a "soft" constraint so as to form bottom line awareness and they point out as well that the innovated party construction model based on strengthened identity of party members is composed of party members’ lectures, brand building of party construction, thematic Party Day activities, joint construction of party branches and internet + party building.
