摘要 目的设计并开发一种小型医疗设备智能联网系统,自动、手工两种方式导入相关检查图像结果并能通过医疗设备智能联网传输系统将结果传入院内数据集成平台。方法采用基于J2EE和B/S模式的应用技术架构,软件系统各功能模块采用插件形式,可随时按照需要装卸相关插件且不需要重起服务即可生效,采集各种类型接口的设备数据(模拟、非DICOM、网络等),将院内各科室日常各种小型检查设备产生的医学检查数据通过特定端口以数字化的方式保存起来,统一数据的存储和调用。结果实现无纸化,实现统一存储,实现共享;及时有效地提供全信息调用查询,并为相关医疗业务开展和科研大数据研究提供数据保障等。结论小型医疗设备智能联网系统可以从根本上提升医疗设备信息化管理水平,从而提升医院的医疗服务质量,加快数字化智慧医院的建设步伐。 Objective To develop an intelligent networking system for small-scale medical equipment so that it can import relevant examination images automatically and manually and upload the images to the hospital data integration platform through the system.Methods The application technology architecture based on J2 EE and B/S mode was adopted. Each functional module of the software system adopted the form of plug-ins, which was loaded and unloaded as needed at any time without restarting the service to take effect. The device data of various types of interfaces(simulation, Non-DICOM, network, etc.) were collected and the medical examination data generated by various small-scale examination equipment in all the departments of the hospital were digitally saved through a specific port for unified storage and recall.Results Dematerialization, unified storage, and data sharing were realized so that effective and timely information retrieval was done. The system provided guarantee for related medical business development and big data research.Conclusion The small medical equipment intelligent networking system can fundamentally improve the information management so as to improve the medical service quality of the hospital and speed up the construction of digital smart hospital.
