目的探索“互联网医院+村医通+云门诊”在县域内疫情防控中的应用。方法通过“互联网医院+村医通+云门诊”网联县镇村,构建县镇村三级健康服务体系,打通健康“最后一公里”,探索“县级强、镇级活、村级稳、上下联、信息通、模式新”健康服务新路子,让群众少跑腿看好病,有效应对突发公共卫生事件。结果在此次新冠肺炎疫情防控中,高州市依托“互联网医院+村医通+云门诊”全面覆盖县镇村,实行“分级诊疗+分级隔离”,筑牢了农村疫情防控网,同时,借助互联网,在正常开展诊疗活动中,严防严控,实现了住院病人无一感染,国家卫健委基层卫生健康司在官网点赞并向全国推介基层抗疫的“高州模式”。结论“互联网医院+村医通+云门诊”在县域内能有效防控疫情和应对突发公共卫生事件。

Objective To explore the effect of "Internet-based hospital+village medical service+cloud clinic" in the epidemic prevention and control in counties.Methods The network system of "Internet-based hospital + village medical service+cloud outpatient service" was constructed to connect towns, villages and counties by networks in order to build a three-level health service system, opening up the "last mile" for health care, and exploring a new way of "strong health service at the county-level hospitals, flexible service at the town-level hospitals, stable health care service at village-level health care centers with good connection of all the three levels, smooth communication, and new mode" so that the masses could get medical advice conveniently, and effectively deal with public health emergencies.Results During the combat against the pandemic of Covid-19, Gaozhou relied on the system, covering all counties, towns and villages, implemented "hierarchical diagnosis and treatment + hierarchical isolation" to build a rural epidemic prevention and control network. At the same time, with the help of the Internet, strict prevention and control were carried out besides the daily diagnosis and treatment. No cases of infection were reported among the inpatients. The Grass Roots Health Department of the National Health Commission spoke highly of and promoted the "Gaozhou model" nationwide.Conclusion The network system of "Internet-based hospital + village medical service + cloud clinic" can effectively prevent and control the epidemic and deal with public health emergencies in counties.
