摘要
目的设计、开发并实施互联网医院平台系统,改善医疗服务流程。方法设计互联网医院系统架构,建立医院信息系统接口,开发基于微信公众号的互联网医院医生端、患者端小程序和基于BS端的管理平台,建立用于药品配送的处方流传平台,开发区域监管接口对接监管平台。结果各子系统模块相互承接,能够实现线上全流程医疗服务,医联体模式使远程会诊和双向转诊成为现实,业务数据与监管平台无缝对接,满足区域政策要求。结论该系统成功将实体医院线下业务转移至线上,并优化了就医流程,克服了时间和地域的限制,颠覆了传统的医疗服务模式,使医疗服务多维化,连接、平衡和放大了医疗资源,促进分级诊疗实施。
Objective To design, develop and implement the internet-based hospital information platform so as to improve medical service process.Methods The architecture of the internet-based hospital information platform was designed, and its interface was established to develop the system by developing APPs with respective doctor and patient side based on WeChat-based official accounts as well as management platforms based on BS, build a prescription circulation platform for drug distribution and develop a regional supervision interface with a regulatory platform.Results The sub-modules undertook one another, which realized the whole medical service online on one hand and on the other, remote consultation and two-way referral within a medical consortium. The business data and supervision platform were seamlessly connected to meet the requirements of regional policy.Conclusion The system can successfully transfers the offline business of physical hospitals to online business, optimize the medical process, overcome the limitation of time and region, balance and make full use of the medical resources, make the medical service multidimensional, and promote the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
