摘要 如何对突发性疫情进行防控组织、落实人力物资保障、严控核酸采样检测质量、实施高效信息化系统探索是医疗机构在开展大规模人群筛查工作中的重点与难点。2020年8月14日,深圳水贝IBC盒马鲜生原工作人员工确诊为新型冠状病毒感染病例,罗湖区随即开展了大样本核酸筛查工作。经过不到两周实践,完成超过45万人次筛查,成功找出3例无症状感染者,有效切断传染源,为大样本、高密度人群的筛查提供了样板,该实践也为未来在其他区域应对突发新发传染疫情提供了借鉴。 It is difficult and critical on how to organize the prevention and control of an epidemic, to ensure human and material provision, to strictly control the quality of nucleic acid sampling and detection, and to explore efficient information system when the medical institutions carry out a large-scale population screening. One staff of IBC Hema Fresh at Shuibei IBC, Shenzhen, was confirmed with COVID-19 on August 14, 2020. Then, Luohu District launched a large sample nucleic acid screening. In less than two weeks, more than 450,000 people were engaged in the screening;3 COVID-19 cases were screened out without symptoms and signs. And the infection source was cut off effectively, which provided a model for screening large sample and high-density population. The scheme for large population screening provides a reference for other regions to deal with epidemic in the future.
