基于文献计量学的高海拔地区土壤微生物研究的可视化分析

摘要 【目的】探明我国高海拔地区土壤微生物研究现状及重点,为应对全球气候变化下土壤微生物领域研究创新和突破提供科学参考。【方法】采用Excel结合CNKI可视化分析模块,对2005-2019年高海拔地区土壤微生物领域发表的相关文献进行统计分析。【结果】2005-2019年高海拔地区土壤微生物领域发表文献162篇,包括118篇期刊论文、40篇硕博论文和4篇国内会议文献。2018年发表文献最多,达25篇;甘肃农业大学、兰州大学、中国科学院西北高原生物研究所3个机构论文发表量≥10篇,占总发文量的58.64%;发表文献达10篇以上的期刊有《草业学报》《生态学报》和《兰州大学学报》3种,分别占总发文量的15.43%、9.26%和9.26%,其中《草业学报》发表量最多,为25篇;文献作者隶属机构大多集中在甘肃农业大学、兰州大学和中国科学院西北高原生物研究;研究主要集中在高寒草甸土壤微生物方面;项目经费来源分4类,其中国家基金项目5种、省级2种、部级1种、其他46种。【结论】当前该领域针的研究较丰富,但缺乏长期专门从事该领域研究的学术团队和机构,今后可考虑开展相关领域人才的培养,建立长期观测站,以获得更多数据。 【Objective】The purpose of this paper is to explore the current status and key points of soil microbial research in my country’s high-altitude areas,and to provide a scientific reference for research innovations and breakthroughs in the field of soil microbes under global climate change.【Method】Excel combined with CNKI visualization analysis module was used to conduct statistical analysis of related literatures published in the field of soil microbiology at high altitude from 2005 to 2019.【Result】From 2005 to 2019,162 articles were published in the field of soil microbiology in high altitude areas,including 118 journal papers,40 master and doctoral papers and 4 domestic conference papers.The most published articles in 2018,reaching 25;Gansu Agricultural University,Lanzhou University,and Northwest Institute of Plateau Biology of Chinese Academy Sciences have published more than 10 articles,accounting for 58.64%of the total published articles;journals with more than 10 articles published there are 3 journals,namely Acta Prataculturae Sinica,Acta Ecological Sciences,and Journal of Lanzhou University,which accounted for 15.43%,9.26%and 9.26%of the total publication volume respectively.Meanwhile,Most of the authors belong to Gansu Agricultural University,Lanzhou University and Northwest Institute of Plateau Biology of Chinese Academy Sciences.The research mainly focuses on alpine meadow soil microbes.The project funding sources are divided into 4 categories,including 5 national fund projects,2 provinciallevel projects,1 ministerial-level projects,and others 46 articles.【Conclusion】At present,there is abundant research in this field,but there is a lack of academic teams and institutions specializing in this field for a long time.In the future,it can be considered to carry out the cultivation of talents in related fields and establish long-term observation stations to obtain more data.
