摘要
【目的】了解中华蜜蜂工蜂和雄蜂触角感受器的类型、形状和数量,以探明工蜂和雄蜂在信息交流和对化学气味敏感性程度差异的原因,为丰富蜜蜂行为学和蜜蜂生物学提供参考资料。【方法】采用扫描电镜技术,观察工蜂和雄蜂触角切片,对比分析其感受器类型、数量的差异。【结果】工蜂和雄蜂的触角均呈膝状,鞭节、柄节总长度、粗细差异两者均不显著,但工蜂的鞭节由10节组成,而雄蜂的鞭节由11节组成;触角感器有板形感器(Spl)、刺形感器(Sch)、Bohm氏鬃毛、毛形感器(Str)、锥形感器(Sba)和钟形感器(Sca),雄蜂触角板形感器与工蜂触角板形感器的形状大小无差异,但雄蜂触角板形感器的数量显著多于工蜂;叶状刚毛着生于鱼鳞状表皮上,且只存在于雄蜂触角中。【结论】中华蜜蜂工蜂和雄蜂触角感受器的类型和数量差异可能是雄蜂和工蜂对不同气味敏感程度不同的原因之一。
【Objective】The type,shape and number of antennae sensilla of Apis cerana cerana are analysed to explore the reason why worker bee and drone bee are different in information exchange and sensitivity to chemical odor,and provide reference for enriching behavior research and biology of honeybee.【Method】Through SEM technology,the antennae slice of worker bee and drone bee are observed to comparatively analyze the sensilla’s differences in type and number.【Result】The antennae of worker bee and drones bee are both genual,and there are insignificant differences in flagellum,total length of scape and diameter.But the flagellum of worker bee is consist of 10 segments,while drone bee's flagellum includes 11 segments.The antennae sensilla contains Spl,Sch,B hm,Str,Sba,Sca,etc.The shape and size of drone bee’s Spl are same as worke bee's,but the number of drone bee's Spl is obviously more than worker bee’s.Lobate seta is born on the ichthyic scaly epidermis,and only appeared in the antennae of drone bee.【Conclusion】There are differences in type and number of antennae sensilla between worker bee and drone bee,which is one of the reason why their sensitive levels to different odor are distinguishing.
