新疆南疆地区脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有机衔接存在的问题及对策:以南疆X村为例

脱贫攻坚是乡村振兴的重要基础,乡村振兴是脱贫攻坚的有效延伸,在脱贫攻坚的收官之年,脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴战略的有机衔接已成为新的时代命题。为新疆乡村振兴与脱贫攻坚协调发展提供决策参考,通过实地走访和问卷调查法对新疆X村脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有机衔接的现状及问题进行梳理和分析,从民生领域政策、衔接机制、农民主体意识、战略实施主体、人才队伍等方面提出相应对策建议。

Poverty alleviation is an important basis for rural revitalization,while rural revitalization is an effective extension of poverty alleviation.How to link up poverty alleviation with rural revitalization strategy has become a major issue at the present stage.In order to provide a decision-making reference for the organic connection between rural revitalization and poverty alleviation strategy in Xinjiang,this paper combs and analyzes the current situation and problems of the organic connection between rural revitalization and poverty alleviation in X Village in Xinjiang through field visits and questionnaires.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of policies in the field of people’s livelihood,linkage mechanism,farmers’main consciousness,the main body of strategy implementation and talent team.
