软件工程国际化人才培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on the Training Mode of Internationalized Talents in Software Engineering

以西南大学软件工程中外合作办学项目为例,介绍软件工程国际化人才培养模式的探索与实践。通过吸收利用国外优质教育资源,促进国内学生培养质量提升,构建支持国内国外“双循环”的人才培养策略,在国内建立完整、高质量的软件工程人才培养体系。创新性地探索并开展了共课教师制度、联合毕业设计等一系列特色办学活动,并在此基础上建立了联合实验室等学科平台,构建了面向全球的国际化人才培养模式。

Taking the Sino-foreign joint project in software engineering at Southwest University as an example,introduces the exploration and practice of the education mode of international talents in software engineering.By absorbing and utilizing high-quality foreign educational resources,the project promotes the improvement of the training quality of domestic students,builds a talent training strategy to support domestic and foreign“double cycle”,and establishes a complete and high-quality software engineering talent training system in China.Through this joint project,a series of characteristic school-running activities,such as the co-teacher system and joint graduation project are innovatively explored and developed.Furthermore,on this basis,the joint laboratories and other discipline platforms have been established to build a global-oriented international talent training mode.
