摘要
垃圾中转站选址需要综合考虑定性因素和定量因素,候选节点数量通常较多,为此提出两阶段垃圾中转站选址方法。第一阶段采用PROMETHEEⅡ方法,考虑评价指标之间的复杂关联关系确定权重,对候选节点进行初步选址;第二阶段采用0-1规划建立基于运输成本最小化的模型,在给定约束下确定中转站选址位置。选取郑州市中原区垃圾中转站规划进行案例分析,通过和BWM确定权重的方法作对比可知,采用PROMETHEEⅡ确定权重的方法更合理有效,选址费用降低了5.5%,验证了该方法的有效性。
The site selection of garbage transfer station requires comprehensive consideration of qualitative and quantitative factors,and the number of candidate nodes is usually large.A two-stage garbage transfer station selection method is proposed.The first stage adopts the PROMETHEE Ⅱ method,considering the complex relationship between the evaluation indicators to determine the weights,and preliminary site selection of candidate nodes;the second stage adopts 0-1 planning to establish a model based on the minimization of transportation costs,and determine it under given constraints The location of the transfer station.The case part selected the garbage transfer station planning in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City for analysis.By comparing with BWM’s method of determining weights,the PROMETHEEⅡ method of determining weights is more reasonable and effective.The minimum cost of site selection is reduced by 5.5%,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
