摘要
目的:探讨医院管理部门员工职业倦怠与工作压力和工作控制感的关系,为医院行政管理部门内部管理提供借鉴参考。方法:采用职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)、工作压力量表以及工作控制感量表于2020年6~8月对广州市某三甲综合医院的196名行政管理人员进行调查,对行政管理人员的职业倦怠与工作压力和工作控制感进行相关分析。结果:职业倦怠得分(35.99±12.80),工作压力得分(61.60±15.39),工作控制感得分(27.87±5.60)。多元逐步线性回归分析结果显示,工作压力、工作以来岗位调整次数情况、婚姻状况、工龄与职业倦怠正向关联(β=0.333、0.264、0.227、0.174),工作控制感与职业倦怠负向关联(β=-0.368)。结论:医院行政管理人员的职业倦怠与工作压力、工作控制感密切相关。院方应从注重控制工作压力、保障工作决策幅度、完善工作动力机制、改善执业环境等方面缓解行政管理人员的职业倦怠。
Objective:To explore the relationship between job burnout and job stress and sense of job control among management staff,so as to provide reference for the internal management of hospital management departments.Methods:The job burnout scale(MBI-GS),job stress scale,and job control scale were used to survey 196 administrative staff in a third-grade general hospital in Guangzhou from June to August 2020.Carry out correlation analysis of job burnout,job stress and job control.Results:The job burnout score was(35.99±12.80)points,the job stress score was(61.60±15.39)points,and the job control score was(27.87±5.60)points.The results of multiple stepwise linear regression analysis showed that work pressure,number of job adjustments since work,marital status,working age and job burnout were positively correlated(β=0.333,0.264,0.227,0.174),and job control was negatively correlated with job burnout(β=-0.368).Conclusion:The job burnout of hospital administrators is closely related to work pressure and job control.The hospital should focus on controlling work pressure,ensuring the scope of work decision-making,improving the work motivation mechanism,and improving the practice environment to alleviate the job burnout of administrative staff.
