基于无线传输的大体积混凝土养护智能温控装置研究

摘要 为了提升传统大体积混凝土施工智能化与精准化,解决混凝土温度监测不到位养护不及时问题,以2.4 G无线传输的技术为基础,以单片机相关技术为主要方法,进行相应电路与抗干扰算法设计,研究出了大体积混凝土养护智能温控装置,实现多点无线高精度测温与温度超限自动养护,并且根据施工要求自动生成历史数据报表。整体装置的运行实现了大体积混凝土养护与温度控制的无人化施工,并且该装置在技术规格上完全符合规范中技术要求。 In order to improve the intellectualization and precision of traditional mass concrete construction,the problem of inadequate temperature monitoring and untimely maintenance of concrete is solved.Based on the technology of 2.4G wireless transmission and the related technology of single-chip microcomputer,the corresponding circuit and anti-interference algorithm are designed,and the intelligent temperature control device for mass concrete maintenance is studied,which realizes multi-point wireless high-precision temperature measurement and automatic maintenance of temperature exceeding limit,and automatically generates historical data reports according to construction requirements.The operation of the whole device realizes the unmanned construction of mass concrete maintenance and temperature control,and the device fully complies with the technical requirements in the specifications.
