隧道矮边墙止水带新型定位夹具设计及应用

Design and Application of New Positioning Fixture for Water Stop Belt of Tunnel Low Side Wall

防排水是隧道施工中至关重要的工序,隧道运营后二衬漏水现象时有发生,给运营带来较大的干扰。针对关山隧道矮边墙施工缝中埋式止水带施工特点,设计了一种新型止水带定位夹具。它利用止水带夹具上高程调节器来准确定位出止水带的高度,通过横向调节卡在横向连接器槽道滑动来调节止水带整体居中,横向调节螺杆下方设有定位夹具,夹具两侧设两根定位龙骨方钢能够有效地使止水带固定顺直、牢靠、接头不错位。在关山隧道矮边墙止水带施工中通过应用新型定位夹具,解决了止水带定位不居中、纵向不顺直、埋设高度不准确、容易倒翻等质量缺陷,从而有效提高隧道的使用寿命。

Water prevention and drainage is the most important process in tunnel construction.Leakage of secondary lining occurs from time to time after tunnel operation,which brings great disturbance to the operation.According to the construction characteristics of the buried waterstop in the construction joint of the low side wall of Guanshan Tunnel,a new type of positioning fixture for the waterstop is designed.It uses the height regulator on the water stop clamp to accurately locate the height of the water stop belt,and glide through the transverse adjustment card in the transverse connector groove to adjust the overall water stop belt in the center.Below the transverse adjustment screw is provided with a positioning fixture,two positioning keel square steel on both sides of the fixture can effectively make the water stop belt fixed straight,firm,and good joint.In the construction of low side wall waterstop of Guanshan Tunnel,the new positioning fixture is applied to solve the quality defects of waterstop,such as the positioning is not in the middle,the longitudinal is not straight,the embedding height is not accurate,and it is easy to overturn,so as to effectively improve the sendee life of the tunnel.
