摘要
作为开源节流、降本增效的有效手段,物资管理精细化是施工企业在海外巩固自身实力、实现可持续发展的有效工具。某海外施工企业针对物资当地集中采购的需求,开发应用一套“物资采购管理信息系统”,实现从计划到物资到场全生命周期的信息化管理。介绍了该信息系统建设的项目背景、设计原则、框架结构,描述了系统管理、供应商管理、物资采购计划、订单管理、付款管理、价格公示、决策分析等主要模块功能设计,并通过最终实施效果总结了信息化建设在物资采购过程中发挥的积极作用。
As an effective way to increase income and reduce expenditure,the refinement of materials management is useful to obtain the goals of self strength consolidation and sustainable development.An overseas construction enterprise designs and applies a set of“Material Purchase System”,which is capable of supervising the whole life cycle of materials from planning to materials on sites.This thesis introduces the background,designing principles,framework of the informational system constmction;it also describes the main modules which function as means of management,including the system,suppliers,procurement plans,orders,payment,price publicity as well as decision analysis.On the basis of the informational system construction,the thesis therefore concludes the positive effects that the system has made on materials procurement.
