对城际铁路运输的几点思考

Some Thoughts on the Intercity Railway Transportation

随着国内城市群的快速发展,为促进区域经济一体化发展,解决城市之间的旅客交流,需大力发展城际铁路,但前期建设的城际铁路大多注重速度标准,却对其公交化、便捷化的服务标准考虑不足。结合城际铁路与高速铁路、市域铁路、城市轨道交通在功能和特征上的主要区别,通过对国内已运营的城际铁路的分类统计及标准体系分析,以及对城际铁路在列车开行及组织模式、票制票价、交通接驳、服务质量等方面存在的问题分析,提出城际铁路应完善“快捷化、便捷化、公交化”等方面的标准体系,为居民出行提供高质量的交通服务。

With the rapid development of domestic urban agglomerations,in order to promote the development of regional economic integration and solve the passenger exchanges between cities,intercity railway needs to be vigorously developed.However,most of the intercity railway constructed in the early stage is paid attention to the speed standard,but the service standards of its public transport and convenience are not fully considered.Based on the main differences in functions and characteristics between intercity railway and high-speed railway,city railway and urban rail transit,this paper analyzes the classification statistics and standard system of domestic intercity railway,as well as the problems existing in the operation and organization mode,ticket system and price,traffic connection and service quality of intercity railway,and puts forward that the intercity railway should be completed to improve the standard system of"fast,convenient and public transportation",so as provide high-quality transportation services for residents.
