中国装配式建筑行业发展现状及前景探讨

Discussion on the Development Status and Prospect of Prefabricated Construction Industry in China

我国在20世纪50年代开始研究建筑工业化,由于设计、技术、劳动力发展、管理等方面制约导致发展缓慢。2015年以来国家连续出台多项政策文件,2016年国务院下发大力发展装配式建筑的指导意见,全国各省、直辖市、自治区均出台相关政策文件支持装配式建筑产业的发展。随着社会经济发展,设计及施工技术水平提高,产业规模提升,装配式建筑得到飞速发展。本文结合全国各地装配式建筑类型及应用情况,对各地典型应用案例及优缺点进行详细阐述,并对未来需解决的问题及研究方向展开论述。

China began to study the construction industrialization in the 1950s.Due to the constraints of design,technology,labor development and management,the development is slow.Since 2015,the state has issued a number of policy documents,and in 2016,the State Council has issued the guidance on vigorously supporting the development of construction assembly industry in all provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities.With the development of social economy,the improvement of design and construction technology,and the improvement of industrial scale,prefabricated building has been developed rapidly.In combination with the types and applications of prefabricated buildings in various parts of the country,the author makes a detailed discussion on the typical application cases and their advantages and disadvantages,as well as the problems to be solved in the future and the research direction.
