跨越河道及城市主干道桥梁拆除施工技术

Construction Technology of Bridge Demolition Across River Course and Urban Main Road

随着城市建设发展,部分早期建设的桥梁由于通行能力、通航条件、维修成本、功能需求等综合原因需要拆除重建。以淮安快速路为工程背景,针对待拆除桥梁一部分跨越里运河航道,一部分跨越有轨电车通行主干道的不同施工环境,分别从拆除方法的选择思路、炮眼布设及爆破用药量的计算、爆破安全计算、施工劳动力和机械设备的合理配置、破碎拆除的步骤流程、破碎体对有轨电车地基影响分析等方面,对控制爆破拆除和机械拆除两种施工方法进行了详细的论述和总结,为今后类似工程施工提供参考。

With the development of urban construction,some early bridges need to be dismantled and rebuilt due to comprehensive reasons such as traffic capacity,navigation conditions,maintenance cost and functional requirements.Based on the engineering background of Huaian Expressway,this paper is aimed at the different construction environment that part of the bridge to be demolished crosses the inner canal channel and another part of it crosses the main tramway to make detailed discussion and summary on two construction methods of controlled blasting demolition,mainly from the aspects of the choice of methods for demolition,calculation of blasting hole layout and dose,blasting safety calculation,construction labor and reasonable allocation of mechanical equipment,crushing dismantled step process,and impact analysis of broken body on tramcar foundation.It will provide a reference for future similar projects.
