摘要 基于跨航道钢管混凝土系杆拱桥施工,应用单片拱肋+劲性骨架吊装技术和两片拱肋+劲性骨架整体吊装技术,通过确定一次吊装重量、起吊设备型号、吊点位置以及缆风绳的设置等,研究两种吊装技术的关键控制点,利用有限元分析软件,详细验算吊点应力应变问题,对比分析技术难点、优缺点、适用性等,同时分析施工过程中结构的整体稳定性问题以及结构吊装定位、纠偏方法,并提出了具体控制措施,较好地解决了不同条件下不同吊装技术应用的可行性问题。 Based on the construction of tied arch bridge with concrete-filled steel tube crossing the channel,this paper applied the hoisting technology of single arch rib adding rigid skeleton and the integral hoisting technology of two arch ribs adding rigid skeleton,and studied the key control points of the two hoisting technologies by determining the hoisting weight at one time,the type of hoisting equipment,the position of hoisting point and the setting of cable wind rope,etc.Then,the finite element analysis software was used to check the stress and strain of the hoisting point in detail,and compare and analyze the technical difficulties,advantages and disadvantages,applicability,etc.Meanwhile,the problems of integral stability of the structure in construction and the method of hoisting positioning and rectifying deviation were analyzed,and the specific control measures were put forward to better solve the feasibility problem of applying different hoisting technology under various conditions.
