摘要
为研究强腐蚀环境下施工用钢栈桥的受力性能,结合赣江特大桥栈桥现场静载与动载试验数据,对钢栈桥在设计条件下的工作性能进行现场验证;采用MIDAS软件建立钢栈桥有限元模型,模拟最不利工况下栈桥变形情况,并结合现场测试结果验证模型的正确性,同时建立ABAQUS有限元模型,综合分析均匀腐蚀与点腐蚀对腐蚀后钢栈桥工作性能的影响;基于实测的钢栈桥材料腐蚀速率,对钢栈桥工作性能随服役龄期的变化进行预测,为工程项目的顺利实施提供理论依据。
In order to study the mechanical performance of the trestle used in construction under strong corrosive environment,the static and dynamic load tests of the trestle of Ganjiang River Bridge were carried out to verify the working performance of the current steel trestle under the design conditions.The finite element model of steel trestle was established by using MIDAS software to simulate the deformation of the trestle under the most unfavorable external forces.The correctness of the model was verified by field test results.At the same time,the finite element model of ABAQUS was established to comprehensively analyze the effects of uniform corrosion and pitting corrosion on the working performance of the corroded steel trestle.Based on the measured corrosion rate of steel trestle,the change of working performance of steel trestle with service age was predicted,which would provide theoretical basis for the smooth implementation of engineering projects.
