摘要
盾构法目前已经广泛应用于城市地铁、管廊建设,盾构机在硬岩及上软下硬地层掘进施工操作控制要求高,若操作不当易导致刀具损坏或地面沉降,对盾构设备的损耗也很严重,提高在硬岩地层的掘进施工技术意义重大。主要通过广州地铁工程实例,收集施工过程的相关数据、出现的问题、解决措施等信息来总结φ8840复合型盾构机在硬岩地层的掘进技术,通过合理地配置刀具,选择适宜的掘进模式、掘进参数以及同步注浆参数,同时加强刀具的处理措施,顺利解决了盾构施工时刀具磨损严重、管片错台等问题。
Shield method has been widely used in urban subway,pipe gallery construction,there are high requirements for operation control of shield machine tunneling in upper soft and lower hard strata.In case of improper operation,it is easy to cause cutter damage or ground settlement,and the loss of shield equipment is also very serious,so it is of great significance to improve the tunneling technology in hard rock strata.This paper is mainly based on a project example of Guangzhou subway to collect the relevant data of the construction process,problems occurred in construction,solutions and other information to sum up the tunneling technology of φ8840 composite shield machine in hard rock strata.The problems such as serious tool wear and segment dislocation during shield tunneling are solved successfully by properly configuring the cutting tools,selecting appropriate tunneling mode,parameters and synchronous grouting parameters,and strengthening the treatment measures of cutting tools.
