某调节池混凝土底板裂缝缺陷及治理措施

Crack Defects in Concrete Floor of a Regulating Pool and Its Treatment Measures

某调节池底板出现混凝土开裂现象,在对调节池混凝土裂缝全数进行检查的基础上结合以往工程实际经验,并参照各裂缝病害的长度、宽度和深度等基本特征,分析得出该工程产生的裂缝病害主要是低温收缩温度裂缝和混凝土凝结收缩裂缝,不会造成结构安全性事故的发生。但裂缝的存在势必影响结构的安全性,为此,本工程针对此次裂缝病害提出了选取裂缝平均宽度作为裂缝评定标准对裂缝进行等级的划分,并通过试验验证选择了适宜裂缝修补的措施完成了该调节池底板裂缝的修补工作。此外,采用钻芯法检测了该工程裂缝的修补质量,结果表明该工程裂缝修补效果良好,修补工艺科学合理。

Concrete cracking occurred in the bottom plate of a regulating pool.Based on the inspection of all the concrete cracks in the regulating pool,combined with the actual experience of the previous project,and referring to the basic characteristics of the length,width and depth of the cracks,the cracks produced by the project were analyzed.The diseases are mainly low temperature shrinkage temperature cracks and concrete condensation shrinkage cracks,which will not cause structural safety accidents.However,the existence of cracks will inevitably affect the structure.For this reason,it is proposed in the project that to select the average width of the crack as the crack evaluation standard to classify the cracks,and choose appropriate crack repair measures through test verification to complete the crack adjust the repair work of the cracks at the bottom of the pool.In addition,the core drilling method is used to detect the repair quality of the cracks in the project,and the results show that the crack repair effect of the project is good,and the plan is scientific and reasonable.
