新型回填材料在基坑工程中的应用

Application of New Backfill Material in Foundation Pit Engineering

为解决深大狭长基坑肥槽回填困难问题,通过试配实验,成功配制了一种新型基坑回填材料。新型回填材料主要由基料、水泥、外加剂和水按照一定的配合比均匀混合而成,基料采用基坑开挖时弃土,主要为粉质黏土、粉土或粉砂。工程应用中,在传统小型移动式混凝土搅拌站基础上进行改进,形成适用于回填材料生产的简化搅拌设备,并实现回填材料的全自动化搅拌。现场搅拌形成的回填材料,具有流动性强,能够实现无振捣下自流充填基坑肥槽内的空隙,并且凝固时间短,回填后的密实度和强度均能满足工程要求。

In order to solve the problem of backfilling in deep,narrow and long foundation pit,a new backfill material for foundation pit is successfully made up by trial experiment.The new backfill material is composed of soil material,cement,admixture and water,all ingredients are evenly mixed in a certain proportion.The soil material is abandoned soil in foundation pit engineering,the main components are silt and silt clay.In application,the smart concrete mixing station is improved and simplified to produce new backfill material automatically.The new backfill material's fluxility is excellent,it can fill the foundation trench automatically without manual vibration and it can solidify rapidly.The density and strength of the new backfill material can meet the engineering requirements.
