KISS1R基因调控哺乳动物繁殖性能的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 青春期的长短和机体发育水平对动物的生产力有很大影响。缩短青春期、提高初情期繁殖轴器官发育水平以及优化幼畜出生日期等对提高动物的繁殖效率具有重要意义。KISS1R基因及其配体能刺激下丘脑释放GnRH,继而调控雌性动物的卵巢发育和卵巢颗粒细胞的增殖,从而影响动物的繁殖性能。文章总结了目前关于KISS1R基因在动物发情周期、性早熟、性晚熟和青春期发育等繁殖性能中的作用,以期为后续研究提供借鉴。 The time of adolescence and the level of development had a great influence on animal productivity.Shortening puberty,improving the development level of reproductive axis organs in the first estrus and optimizing the date of birth would improve reproductive efficiency in animals.Research in recent years has shown that KISS1R plays an important role in regulating animal gonad development and reproduction.Many past studies have revealed that KISS1R was important in animal reproduction and youth development.KISS1R was expressed at different levels in the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad(HPG)axis tissues of seasonal estrus animals.This article summarized the current role of KISS1R in animal estrus cycle,precocious puberty,late puberty,puberty development,hoping to provide a reference for follow-up research.
