不同材质阴道栓结合PMSG诱导湖羊同期发情的效果观察

Effect of Different Vaginal Suppositories Combined with PMSG on Estrus Synchronization in Hu Sheep

为了比较两种不同材质孕酮阴道栓(海绵栓和硅胶栓)对湖羊同期发情效果的影响,以便为肉羊集约化和工厂化生产提供参考,试验以997只健康、发情周期正常、无繁殖疾病的湖羊为研究对象,分两组进行同期发情处理,使用海绵栓(FGA)+PMSG处理羊551只,硅胶栓(CIDR)+PMSG处理羊446只。结果表明:FGA组处理羊只发情率为92.91%,CIDR为92.63%;FGA组处理羊受胎率为78.20%,CIDR为80.76%。发情率和受胎率两处理间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。FGA组处理羊只丢栓率显著低于CIDR组3.34个百分点(P<0.05);而母羊阴道发炎率显著高于CIDR组3.45个百分点(P<0.05)。海绵栓单只发情成本比硅胶栓低4元。两种阴道栓各有优缺点,生产中可结合现实情况选择应用。

The aim was to study the effect of two different materials of progesterone vaginal suppository(sponge suppository and silicone suppository)on the estrous effect of Hu sheep during the same period,and provide a reference for the intensive and factory production of mutton sheep.The experiment used 997 healthy,normal estrous cycles and no reproductive diseases as the research object,and divided into two groups for estrus treatment at the same time,using sponge plug(FGA)+ PMSG to treat 551 sheep,silicone plug(CIDR)+ PMSG to treat 446 sheep. The results showed that the total estrus rate of sheep treated with FGA was 92.91% and CIDR was 92.63%;the total conception rate of FGA was 78.20% and CIDR was 80.76%.The estrous rate and conception rate were not significantly different between the two treatments(P >0.05).The total thrombosis rate of FGA was significantly lower than CIDR 3.34 percentage points(P<0.05);while the total inflammation rate was significantly higher than CIDR 3.45 percentage points(P<0.05).The cost of estrus for a sponge plug alone was 4 yuan lower than that of a silicone plug.The two kinds of vaginal suppositories have their own advantages and disadvantages,which can be used in combination with the actual situation in production.
